It is performed whilst seated in a chair, facing forward and can be performed with or without essential oils.
A variety of massage techniques are used to work the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp & face to relieve stress, ease tension, reduce aces & pains, stimulate the circulation, increase mental clarity, promote healthy hair growth & balance of the body’s energies.

Whilst the mask is on a relaxing foot massage is given to warm the feet, relieve puffy ankles & stimulate the reflex points associated with water retention & lymphatic drainage.
