Bio Sculpture® Gel Nails, arguably the best gel on the market, looks as thin and natural as your own nails, only better! It is a nail treatment that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails. Applied onto a prepared nail the product cures under a UVA light, leaving the nail strong but flexible with a natural glossy finish. It can be crafted to make your nails look long (extensions) or can be used to cover your own nail (overlay) to protect and create a beautiful finish. Either can look like natural nails or with coloured gel to give you a chip free manicure or pedicure that looks good for weeks. Your nails are completely dry and solid once the process has been completed, so there is no chance of smudging which also makes it great over toe nails.

Overlays do not extend the length of the nails. Bio Sculpture Gel is applied directly onto the natural nails, shielding them and allowing them to grow and strengthen below. Ideal for nails that flake, split and break. It will leave a shiny, flexible, durable protection and give a neat, well groomed appearance. A choice of either permanent nail colour, or a Forever French finish is available (see below for charges), both which last for weeks without wearing or chipping.

Overlays are also a great option for nail biters. Bio Sculpture Gel® nails can be built onto bitten nails and provide a mainly unsatisfactory solid surface to nibble. At first they will just look a little shiner than your normal nails and will be stronger, but very soon you will find they will start to grow. Be aware that if you have badly bitten nails, the maintenance will be more than someone with longer nails because they will not have the same strength at first. Overlays are a great way to grow your natural nails to their perfect length. However if you find it hard to grow your own nails or if you simply can't wait, or have a special occasion planned, extensions may be for you. Bio Sulpture extensions are thinner and have a more natural finish than standard treatments often found along the high street. Extensions are sculpted using a specific type of gel providing a finish that is hard to tell from the real thing. A Coloured or Forever French finish is available (see below for charges), lasting for up to 3 weeks. The price includes the application of an OPI colour.

Bio Sculpture offers a permanent nail colour that last for weeks without wearing or chipping. This involves applying 2-4 coats of bio sculpture gel (dependent on nail condition and gel type) to the natural nail or extension. It is then cured under a UV light so it dries immediately. A wide selection of colours are available, all of which strengthen the natural nail, leaving a glossy polished finish. A beautiful permanent Forever French finish is created when either a “white” or a “crème” gel is painted along the tip of the nail.

The advantage of Bio Sculpture Colour Gel is that you can easily change your nail colour by simply applying a coat of varnish over the gel. Later the polish can be removed with a specially formulated non-acetone varnish remover and the permanent nail colour will be restored to its original state. When wiped with non-acetone varnish remover, the permanent colour will not be removed in the same fashion as nail varnish. Bio Sculpture Colour can be applied over acrylic nails.

Bio Sculpture Gel® nails allow you to carry on with your day to day life always looking good. They are hard wearing but not indestructible. As your natural nails grow, a gap will appear between the gel nail and the cuticle area. Depending on whether you have a natural look or a coloured look, and how fast your nails grow the gap will become noticeable. For some this can be as much as four weeks and others two weeks. However, gel nails on your toes are magical and can last 4 to 6 weeks so are great for the summer months. On average though, gel nails on your fingers last about two to three weeks. We only recommend one gel infill per set of gel overlays. The price includes the application of an OPI lacquer.

Bio Sculpture® Gel is removable without damage to natural nails by soaking off in approximately 15 minutes. It is important to budget in the removal of the gel nails as this must be done carefully and professionally. After all, the care of your natural nails are important.
