| Cancellation
Policy |
As
a courtesy to our clients and therapists please give a minimum
of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise
a 50% charge will be implemented. Appointments missed altogether
will be charged at the full price. We require one weeks notice
to cancel or change appointments for Pampering Packages or Group
Bookings or a 100% charge will be incurred. However if we can
re-book the cancelled appointment space, there will be no charge. |

| Booking
Fees |
A
50% booking fee is required for Pampering Packages, treatments
booked in the Twin Treatment Room and Group Bookings. Any changes
to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations
Policy above. |

| Courses |
All
courses must be paid for in full (which is non-refundable) at
the time of booking and must be completed within six months.
Missed treatments will be deducted from courses. |

| Mobile
Phones |
We
ask that all phones are turned off in order not to disturb the
relaxation of all clientele. |
| |
| Children |
We
request that small children and babies are not brought into
the Salon in order to respect the relaxing environment that
we wish to provide and also to comply with current Health &
Safety Regulations. |
