TERMS & CONDITIONS
Appointments
For your own relaxation, please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time and treatments will be charged at full price. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) booked will remain payable upon departure.
 
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists, if you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointments less than 1 hour and 48 hours for appointments of more than 1 hour otherwise a full charge will be implemented. However, if we can rebook the cancelled appointment, there will be no charge. Appointments missed altogether will be charged at full price. We require 1 weeks’ notice to cancel or change appointments for double/Group Bookings and Pampering Packages or a 100% charge will be incurred.
 
Booking Fees
On booking appointments which exceed 2 hours + inclusive, double/Group Bookings, Pampering Packages and treatments booked in the Twin Treatment Room, we will require a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. If vouchers are to be used for full or part payment for the treatments we will use this value for your deposit. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy above.
 
Courses
All courses must be paid for in full (which is non-refundable) at the time of booking and must be completed within six months. Missed treatments will be deducted from courses.
Mobile Phones
We ask that all phones are turned off for the full duration of your time in the salon so as not to disturb the relaxation of all our clientele.
 
Children
We request that small children and babies are not brought into the Salon in order to respect the relaxing environment that we wish to provide and also to comply with current Health & Safety Regulations.
 
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us and we will try our utmost to resolve any problems.
 
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
